Terms and Conditions

The terms that govern use of this website, assessments, orders, subscriptions, and support.

Permitted use

This website is operated by Cuora Health LLC. You may use it only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes and only if you are at least 18 years old. You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its security, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, impersonate another person, scrape the site, or use the service in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

Account responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials confidential. You agree to promptly update changes to your contact information, shipping address, medical history, medications, allergies, pregnancy or breastfeeding status, and other facts that may affect care. You are responsible for activity under your account unless you notify us that your account may have been compromised.

No medical advice from site content

Website content is for general informational purposes only and is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Only a licensed clinician can decide whether a medication or other care plan is appropriate for you. You should not ignore or delay seeking professional medical advice because of information on this website.

Orders are requests for evaluation

Placing an order or completing checkout is a request for a clinician evaluation. It is not a prescription, does not create a guarantee of treatment, and does not mean a medication will be dispensed. A clinician may approve treatment, decline treatment, request more information, recommend a different option, or advise you to seek in-person care. Nothing ships unless a prescription is issued and the pharmacy is able to dispense it.

Billing, renewals, pausing, and cancellation

If treatment is approved, your selected plan renews automatically at the cadence shown at checkout until you pause or cancel. Depending on the option selected, renewal may be monthly or at another stated interval. You may pause or cancel by using your account tools or contacting support@getcuorahealth.com before the next refill ships. A cancellation request received after a refill has already shipped may apply to the following refill instead.

Refunds

Prescription medications cannot be returned or resold once dispatched for safety reasons. Refunds or replacements may also be issued when required by law or when we confirm a pharmacy, fulfillment, billing, or shipping error. If you believe there is a billing problem, contact support@getcuorahealth.com promptly so it can be reviewed.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cuora Health LLC, its service providers, and their respective officers, employees, contractors, and agents are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the website or services. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law or limits responsibility for professional clinical care where the law does not allow such a limitation.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a dispute arises, you agree to contact support@getcuorahealth.com first so the issue can be reviewed. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be handled in the forum and process required by applicable law and the final terms approved by counsel.

Cuora Health does not provide medical advice through this website. Prescriptions are issued only when a licensed clinician determines treatment is appropriate. Individual results vary.
